Several staff members of a clinic's Kasoa branch have been arrested following allegations of diverting approximately GHC5 million in hospital funds into their personal accounts.
The Chief Executive Officer of the clinic reportedly ordered the arrests after uncovering the alleged financial misconduct. The investigation is ongoing to ascertain the full extent of the alleged embezzlement.
