Energy analyst Kwadwo Poku Nsafoah has raised concerns about the Office of the Special Prosecutor. He stated the OSP acts as if it is a power unto itself.
Mr Poku Nsafoah spoke on Adom FM's Dwaso Nsem program. He questioned the OSP's approach to carrying out prosecutions.
The analyst also commented on the relationship between the OSP and the Attorney General. He is a member of the New Patriotic Party.
