Amansie Central DCE probe unaffected by his presence in office

The Amansie Central District Chief Executive, Emmanuel Agyemang, will continue in his role while investigations proceed, according to a Named official.

Paa Kwesi Schandorf, the Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, stated that the DCEs continued presence in office does not affect the ongoing probe.

The investigation concerns allegations related to the taxation of illegal mining activities within the district.

Mr. Schandorf affirmed that the inquiry is moving forward and its integrity is preserved.
