Lawyer Samuel Atta Akyea has finished his extensive questioning of the prosecution's final witness. This happened in the case involving GH¢49.1 million.

The witness is Frank Marshal Cromwell, who is the lead investigator from EOCO. He was questioned for over 10 weeks.

Mr. Atta Akyea asked many questions about the case. He represents Kwabena Adu-Boahene, the former Director-General of the National Signals Bureau, and his wife Angela Adjei-Boateng.

During the questioning, Mr. Cromwell insisted that an account belonging to BNC Communications was not known to the National Signals Bureau.

The trial concerns allegations of financial misconduct related to cybersecurity funds.

The prosecution presented its last witness in this phase of the trial.

Further court proceedings are expected as the case continues.
