A 14-year-old Junior High School graduate is reportedly under mental health care following an alleged defilement incident involving an undertaker in Dormaa Akwamu, Bono Region.
The accused, identified as Exekel Tabiri, is alleged to have committed the act, leaving the young victim in a critical state requiring specialized mental health supervision. Authorities are investigating the matter.
