The Eastern Regional Police Command has apprehended two people in Odumase-Krobo. They are believed to be part of a group that has been carrying out robberies in the area.

A search conducted by the police led to a significant discovery.

Officers found an AK-47 rifle. Two magazines were also found, loaded with a total of 26 bullets.

In addition to the weapons, police seized unregistered motorbikes. These vehicles are often used by criminal groups.

The arrested individuals are now being held by the Ghana Police Service. They are assisting with further investigations into the robbery syndicate.
