Police in the Eastern Region have arrested two men. They were discovered with unregistered firearms.
The arrests happened during a routine police patrol in Koforidua.
Authorities have not yet revealed the type or number of weapons found.
The Ghana Police Service is now investigating the source of the firearms.
They are also looking into why the men possessed these illegal weapons.
