Three people have been arrested by police in the Savannah Region.
The police are investigating them for murder and causing harm. The arrests happened in Gbiniyiri.
The IGP’s Special Intelligence Team worked with the Savannah Regional Police Command. They arrested Yaw Bamuah, Yaa Bokaa, and Kuma Simpor on March 14, 2026.
During police questioning, Yaw Bamuah admitted to taking part in the crimes. Further details about his confession were not immediately available.
