Three suspects have been arrested for their alleged involvement in murder and harm cases in Gbiniyiri, Savannah Region. The arrests were made by the IGP’s Special Intelligence Team working with the Savannah Regional Police Command. They were apprehended on March 14, 2026. The accused are Yaw Bamuah, Yaa Bokaa, and Kuma Simpor. During questioning, suspect Yaw Bamuah reportedly confessed to his part in the incidents. Further investigations by the Ghana Police Service are underway to understand the full scope of the crimes. The police stated that justice will be served for the victims. This action by law enforcement aims to bring peace to the affected community.
