Police have arrested three suspects in connection with murder and harm incidents in Gbiniyiri. The arrests were made by the IGP's Special Intelligence Team with the Savannah Regional Police Command.

The suspects identified as Yaw Bamuah, Yaa Bokaa, and Kuma Simpor were detained on March 14, 2026. This happened in the Savannah Region.
