A sprayer, initially reporting a stabbing incident, has been arrested by police for allegedly attacking the same individual he had accused.
The suspect, identified as Ernest Frimpong, is now facing charges after reportedly assaulting Nana Amankwa Junior in what authorities describe as a retaliatory act, rather than pursuing established legal channels.
