Police in the Central North Region have rescued a man who was kidnapped.
The victim, Bismarck Amo, is 30 years old. He was allegedly tortured because of a money problem.
The Central North Regional Police Command carried out an intelligence led operation.
This operation led to the safe rescue of Mr. Amo.
Four suspects have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping and torture.
The police are continuing their investigation into the incident.
