Police in Accra have arrested a group of individuals suspected of armed robbery. The arrests were made during a coordinated operation early this morning.
A dawn raid was conducted by authorities at a location believed to be a hideout for the suspects.
During the operation, police officers seized several weapons. The circumstances surrounding the weapons seizure are under investigation.
Authorities also reportedly recovered items believed to have been stolen. The total value of the recovered items is still being assessed.
