Residents of Mim in the Ahafo Region have assaulted a security officer. The incident happened after they found him with a female student from Mim Senior High School.
The officer, popularly known as Obonto, was allegedly found with the student at his residence. This led to the residents attacking him.
Management of Mim Senior High School has stated that the officer did not have sexual intercourse with the student.
The Ghana Police Service is investigating the incident.
