A man named Robert Asante is in police custody after being accused of murder. A Circuit Court in Accra made the decision to remand him.
The charge stems from an incident that happened last week in the Dansoman neighborhood. Mr. Asante allegedly had an argument with his neighbor.
This argument reportedly led to the neighbor's death. Police say the dispute was about noise levels.
The court will hear more about the case at a later date. Mr. Asante has not yet entered a plea to the murder charge.
Investigations into the incident are continuing. The Ghana Police Service is leading the inquiry.
