A man believed to be in his late 20s has died after being attacked by a mob.
The incident happened at Anflao, near Koforidua.
He was accused of stealing some items before the mob attacked him.
The Ghana Police Service is now investigating the circumstances surrounding the attack.
Authorities are urging the public to allow the police to handle such matters.
The police advised against resorting to mob justice.
