The Ghana Police Service has arrested a man suspected of being a land guard.
He is accused of attacking a farmer with a cutlass in Awoshie, Accra.
The victim suffered severe injuries during the incident.
The farmer is currently receiving treatment at a medical facility.
Police have confirmed the arrest and are continuing their investigations into the matter.
