Police in the Central Region have arrested four people. They are being held in connection with the death of an 18-year-old man. The incident happened at Gomoa Fetteh Kakraba near Kasoa.
The victim has been identified as Enoch Opoku. He was allegedly beaten to death by a mob.
The Ghana Police Service reported that Opoku was accused of theft before the alleged attack.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death.
Four individuals have been formally arrested and assisting police with their inquiries.
