Several fishermen have reported being attacked by suspected pirates. The incident happened off the coast of Ada in the Volta Region.
The fishermen stated they were able to escape the attack unharmed. Their fishing gear, however, was damaged during the encounter.
Authorities are looking into the reported incident.
