A district court in Sekondi has ordered that Kwesi Addo, 40, be kept in custody. He is accused of murdering another fisherman.
The prosecution told the court they believe the incident happened because of a disagreement over a fishing net.
Addo appeared before the court on April 30, 2026.
Further legal arguments are scheduled to be presented to the court.
The court did not allow Addo bail at this stage.
