Authorities in the Ashanti Region have arrested a 30-year-old ginger farmer in connection with the alleged severing of a 19-year-old's hand. The incident reportedly took place at Atwima Trabuom.
The victim, a suspected thief, was allegedly apprehended in the act before the alleged assault occurred. The Ashanti Regional Police are investigating the matter.
