The Ghana Police Service has initiated a formal investigation into the suspected murder of a forty five year old male security guard at a construction project in East Legon. Preliminary observations by first responders suggests the victim sustained blunt force trauma while on duty during the overnight shift.
Officers from the East Legon District Police Command arrived at the scene shortly after the discovery to secure the perimeter.
