The Wa High Court has sentenced Sheriff Abdulai to life imprisonment with hard labour. He is known by other names including Christos and Saani.
Abdulai is 30 years old and has a previous conviction. He was arrested on October 6, 2025.
The arrest took place in Wa-Dobile. His sentence means he will spend the rest of his life in prison.
He will be held at the Medium Security Prison in Nsawam, which is in the Eastern Region.
The Judicial Service confirmed the sentence yesterday.
