Reports from 3News indicate the victim died following a violent confrontation at a local drinking establishment on the night of Monday October 21 2024. Law enforcement officials confirmed that one suspect remains in custody to assist with the ongoing criminal inquiry.
According to a report by MyJoyOnline the deceased was identified as a local resident who became involved in an altercation with the suspect. Sources from the Bibiani Police Command stated the confrontation escalated rapidly resulting in the suspect allegedly using a sharp object to inflict fatal wounds on the victim. Medical personnel pronounced the individual dead upon arrival at the Bibiani Government Hospital.
