Police in the Ashanti South region have killed two suspected armed robbers. These men were part of a group reportedly operating on the Obuasi Dunkwa Highway.
The police command also arrested some other individuals believed to be part of the robbery gang.
During the operation, police seized a Toyota saloon car. They also recovered guns and other ammunition.
The Ashanti South Regional Police Commander, DCOP Joseph Hammond Nyaabah, shared these details. He spoke at a media briefing in Bekwai.
