A heinous crime has reportedly rocked the capital, with a teenage girl losing her life under horrific circumstances. Authorities are investigating allegations that her stepfather sexually assaulted and then fatally beat her.
The victim was allegedly bound with a rope before being subjected to the assault. Reports indicate she was subsequently struck with a cement block, leading to her death. The Ghana Police Service is said to be actively pursuing this case.
