A traffic accident occurred in Potrikrom, located in the Ashanti Region. Six individuals survived the crash.
Dr. Christopher Anane, the Medical Superintendent of St. Edward Catholic Hospital, provided an update on the survivors. He confirmed that three people received treatment at the hospital and have since been discharged.
Three other survivors require further medical attention. They have been referred to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and St. John of God Hospital in Aduankwanta for specialized treatment.
The exact cause of the accident is under investigation.
