The Ghana Police Service has announced a strict enforcement measure targeting school bus operations across the nation. Effective immediately, any school bus found transporting children without a designated caretaker or teacher on board will be impounded, and the driver will face arrest.
This directive, issued by Chief Inspector Frempong Ayeh Fergus, aims to enhance the safety and supervision of schoolchildren during their commutes. The police are emphasizing the importance of adult supervision to prevent potential incidents and ensure the well-being of students.
