A Circuit Court in Accra has ordered a man to remain in jail.
The 40-year-old driver is accused of causing a motor accident.
He is also accused of leaving the scene after the accident happened.
The person who was hit by the vehicle suffered bad injuries.
That person is now getting medical care.
The case has been adjourned.
The court is holding the driver while the investigation continues.
