A significant portion of the Metro Mass Transit (MMT) bus fleet is reportedly falling into disrepair within months of operation, raising concerns about public transportation reliability.

Reports indicate that after approximately six months of service, 5-10 buses per batch begin to experience breakdowns. MMT management attributes the lack of immediate repairs to outsourced maintenance contracts with a private company. While the private firm initially addresses issues, the cycle of disrepair continues, leaving passengers stranded and questioning the long-term viability of the fleet.
