University of Technology and Applied Sciences changes name

The University of Technology and Applied Sciences UTAS is now known by its new name. This change follows an amendment passed by Ghana's Parliament.

The institution was previously called C.K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences CKT UTAS. The change is official starting from today.

The Office of the Registrar issued a circular to announce this update. All official communications will now use the new name.

This renaming signifies a step in the university's development. The amendment to the Act makes the new name binding.
