Solomon Owusu, Director of Communications for the United Party, stated that diplomacy has not stopped xenophobic attacks in South Africa. He expressed strong dissatisfaction with the approach taken by some African leaders. Owusu believes that dialogue has been ineffective over the years.
The UP Communications Director noted that these attacks continue to happen repeatedly. He is critical of Ghana's reliance on diplomatic efforts to address the problem. Owusu spoke about his views on the matter.
