Ghana's presidential jet, a Dassault Falcon 900, is in good condition. This was confirmed by Kofi Amankwaa-Manu, the former Deputy Defence Minister.

He stated the aircraft recently underwent routine servicing in France. The jet has since returned to Ghana.

Mr. Amankwaa-Manu spoke about the presidential jet on Adom FM's Dwaso Nsem program. His comments addressed plans by the government to potentially acquire a new aircraft.

He explained the current jet was sent to France for its scheduled maintenance. The purpose was to ensure it remains airworthy and safe for use.

The former minister's statement provides reassurance about the operational status of the existing presidential aircraft.

This comes amidst public discussion regarding government expenditure on presidential assets.
