Former Deputy Defence Minister Kofi Amankwaa-Manu stated that Ghana’s presidential jet is in good working order. The aircraft is a Dassault Falcon 900. It recently completed scheduled maintenance.

This servicing took place in France. The jet has since returned to Ghana. Mr. Amankwaa-Manu confirmed its operational status. He spoke about this on Adom FM.

The former minister was addressing discussions about the government's intent to acquire a new presidential aircraft. He clarified that the existing jet is not out of service. It is ready for use.

His comments aimed to assure the public about the presidential fleet's readiness. The routine servicing ensures the aircraft's safety and functionality.
