The Offinso chief, Nana Dwamena Akenten II, has spoken out in support of the Minority Caucus in Parliament. He urged them to represent the concerns of cocoa farmers.

The chief encouraged the MPs to speak boldly for the farmers during their visit. This happened on Sunday.

The Minority MPs, led by the Minority Chief Whip Frank Annoh-Dompreh, were starting a week-long tour. Their tour will cover cocoa farming communities in the Ashanti Region.

This initiative aims to bring attention to the challenges faced by those who grow cocoa.
