The Chief of Offinso, Nana Dwamena Akenten II, has publicly supported the Minority Caucus in Parliament. He invited them to raise issues faced by cocoa farmers.
This support came on Sunday. Minority Members of Parliament were on a week-long tour of cocoa growing areas in the Ashanti Region.
The Chief asked the MPs to be bold and speak for the farmers. He wants them to clearly share the farmers' concerns.
