The chief of Offinso, Nana Dwamena Akenten II, has offered his strong backing to the Minority Caucus in Parliament. He wants them to make the voices of cocoa farmers heard.
The chief gave his support on Sunday. He spoke as Minority Members of Parliament began a week-long visit.
Their tour is focused on cocoa-growing areas in the Ashanti Region. The Minority MPs are led by the Minority Chief Whip.
