Awal Mohammed, who is part of the New Patriotic Party, has raised concerns about the government’s claims of a strong economy. He stated that recent global situations have revealed the economy’s fragile points.

He spoke about this on the AM Show. He mentioned that it is confusing for an economy described as stable to be greatly affected by events happening far away.

Mohammed argued that the economy’s reaction to international issues shows it is not as stable as stated.

He believes the government should acknowledge these vulnerabilities instead of insisting on stability.
