Dela Edem, a representative for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has called for the sale of Ghana's presidential aircraft. He stated this on Adom FM's Dwaso Nsem program. Edem believes the funds from selling the Dassault Falcon 900 jet could be better used for national development.

He suggested this action should take place before any plans to acquire a new presidential plane are put into motion. The current presidential jet recently underwent its annual service in France. Edem did not specify a timeline for the sale but emphasized the urgency for development funding.
