Ghana Navy sailors found seven people hiding on a large oil ship. The ship was sailing in waters near Tema.
They were found inside the rudder trunk, a part of the ship’s steering system. The people are believed to be from Ivory Coast.
The oil tanker is registered in Belgium and is named MT Cap Felix. Navy officers conducted the rescue operation. Authorities are investigating the incident.
