Members of Parliament from the Minority Caucus have strongly condemned an incident at the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) office in Ejisu, Ashanti Region.
They are calling for the immediate arrest of everyone involved in shutting down the office unlawfully.
The Ranking Member on Parliament's Health Committee, Dr. Nana Ayew Afriyie, spoke at a press conference about the event.
He described the closure of the NHIA office as a direct attack.
The Minority believes this action by some National Democratic Congress (NDC) youth must stop.
They are urging law enforcement agencies to take swift action.
