The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has established a new research center. It is called the Infrastructure Research Hub.
This hub is located within the Department of Planning at the university.
The university decided to name the hub in honor of Francis Asenso-Boakye. He is the Member of Parliament for Bantama.
This naming recognizes his contributions to Ghana. Specifically, his work relates to development planning and infrastructure.
