The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has established a new research facility. This hub is dedicated to studying infrastructure.
The university has named this new facility the Asenso-Boakye Infrastructure Research Hub. It is located within the Department of Planning.
This naming recognizes the work of Francis Asenso-Boakye. He is the Member of Parliament for Bantama.
The university cited his contributions to development planning and infrastructure provision in Ghana as reasons for the honor.
