The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology KNUST has named a new research facility. It is called the Infrastructure Research Hub.
This hub is located at the university's Department of Planning. It was established to focus on important research in infrastructure development.
The university decided to name the hub in recognition of Francis Asenso-Boakye. He is the Member of Parliament for Bantama.
This honor is for his past work and contributions. He has been noted for his efforts in development planning and providing infrastructure across Ghana.
