Four Ghanaian soldiers were injured in a missile attack on their base in southern Lebanon. The Ministry of Defence confirmed the soldiers sustained minor injuries.
The soldiers are reported to be stable and recovering well. The incident occurred on Friday, March 6.
Their base is part of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon UNIFIL. The Ghanaian soldiers were serving at the Ghanaian Battalion Headquarters.
