Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa met with the Acting High Commissioner of the South African High Commission, Mr. Thando Dalamba. They discussed the serious hostilities against foreign nationals in South Africa.
Minister Ablakwa specifically warned against any acts of retaliation within Ghana. He stressed that Ghanaians should not target South African businesses or citizens operating in the country.
The Minister emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and order in Ghana. He wants to prevent any escalation of tensions between the two nations.
Ghanaians are advised to exercise restraint and avoid actions that could harm international relations. The government is closely monitoring the situation in South Africa.
