The Ministry of Energy and Green Transition has attributed the power outages of December 2024 to generation problems. This statement was made by the Ministry's Spokesperson and Communications Director, Richmond Rockson.
Rockson explained that the power instability recorded at that time was mainly a result of challenges in generating sufficient electricity.
He made these remarks while speaking on a television programme on Saturday, April 25.
The spokesperson indicated that the situation was a generation related challenge experienced under the former administration.
