Group Asks President to Form Constitutional Reform Committee

A group called the Citizens Platform on Constitutional Reform has sent a message to the president. They represent about eighty citizen, professional, and academic groups.

The group wants the president to create a Constitutional Review Implementation Committee right away.

This new committee would be in charge of the country’s constitutional reform process.

They believe this committee is needed for the next phase of reforms.
