An Accra Circuit Court has sentenced two young men to prison. They will each serve two years with hard labour.
The men were found guilty of stealing mobile phones. The theft occurred at a retail shop.
CCTV footage helped authorities identify the men. This footage was presented to the court.
The sentencing took place on June 25, 2026.
The Judicial Service has confirmed the sentences.
