Tema police have arrested two men. They are accused of stealing a large amount of fuel. The value of the stolen fuel is estimated at GH₵60,000.
The suspects have been identified as Ibrahim Sumaila and Abubakari Karim.
A private security firm caught the suspects in the act. This happened during an operation at a pipeline belonging to the Tema Oil Refinery.
The suspects were handed over to the Tema Regional Police Command.
The police are investigating the incident further.
